Play the Chen Du level on the very hard difficulty setting. Go to the bottom left of map. Before Pang Tong is killed, kill the general in the center of the path you may have to go through, another general, then wait for the precious item message. The weapon is the Lighting Spear and its element is lightning and adds +87 Musou.
